Jenny is a very keen photographer. Her father was a passionate photographer and many of his photos were published in newspapers and magazines. She had her first box brownie camera at age eleven and promptly took lots of photos of fungi!  Photographing plants, birds, other wildlife, gardens and landscapes is an important part of her work. Her photographs have been published in magazines and newspapers, on the websites of several organisations including Butterfly Conservation and on The Guardian Online.  She also uses her photographs to illustrate her talks and the books and magazine articles she writes.
